Jamestown Hemp will no longer be growing, or processing, any Industrial Hemp in Virginia. Due to the recent changes in federal regulations, along with Virginia's plans and new laws for its Industrial Hemp Program, I feel that my efforts to best serve Virginia's Hemp Farmers would be to focus on those new regulations to help avoid any delays with pre-harvest Hemp compliance testing for the acceptable federal limit of 0.3 % THC. Therefore, I have become a U.S.D.A. Trained Hemp Sampling Agent registered here in Virginia for the 2022 growing season. I want to thank you for your support and understanding during this transition.
