Jamestown Hemp will no longer be acting as an Industrial Hemp Sampling Agent. Jamestown Hemp intends to distribute Cannabis Sativa seed for Virginia cultivators. (** VIRGINIA SEED DEALER'S LICENSE PENDING **) Jamestown Hemp is an intrastate business, Therefore, I intend to distribute Cannabis Sativa seed in Virginia only. If you are outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia, then I will not be able to supply you with any Cannabis Sativa seed. Also, you will need to be 21 years or older to purchase Jamestown Hemp Cannabis Sativa seed, and there will be no exceptions to this requirement. These services are of course contingent on the approval of the Virginia Seed Dealer's license application filed with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
